"Liberation and freedom are both part of the process of learning from anxiety, as well as an outcome of moving toward anxiety. I am encouraged as I remember that right amid anxiety lives the opportunities for clients and me together to honor limitations, take risks, and confront internal thresholds to become more aware of and grounded within themselves."
